    Today I went into the store to buy a pair of work pants. They had two different prices on the pants ,also they were 20% off. When I started to question her about what they had rung up for, she seemed a little annoyed. I pointed out that two different prices on them. She said she would have to call her manager. When she did so he was not able to answer because he was in an interview process with a prospective applicant. She then said it would take a while, and when I did not answer her, she started to tap her fingernails on the counter, like it was my problem. I then brought to her attention that I was a paying customer and the person that was being interviewed was maybe going to be a future employee. I also told her that she could go knock on the door and get the manager because paying customers were more important than a prospective employee. She then started to walk around the counter and took a huge breath in and let out a sigh, like I was being the problem. I also want to add that I never once raised my voice or interjected a sarcastic tone .I just was not gonna accept her lack of caring, she did not like that. The manager then came out and took care of it Promptly and effectively. This is not the first time Ive had issues with the lack of customer service. This, is however ,the worst I have dealt with it.

    Always an issue with inventory on certain items. Today I came in looking for a dog treat they were out of one month ago. It wasnt on the floor so I asked to check their computer, which showed they had 40 on hand. So I waited for them to look for them. They said they couldnt find them so I asked when I can i expect the next shipment which I was told they dont know. I spoke with the manager Julie asking why this is a continuous issue. This is the 5th time Ive come in the last year that they are out on the floor but have some hidden in the back. The manager Julie responded its their busiest time of year and they dont have time to look for one more small. She continued on with excuses that she has to cover the whole store, they only do investor checks once a month ect ect. She even told me is my problem that corporate one refill the order. The amount of excuses was insane. The last time they received them was July and no one seemed to check since then? I couldnt get a straight answer just more excuses. Ive dealt with two managers here and both have the worst customer service Ive ever seen.
