My glasses were in tatters when I got there. They literally had been chewed by a dog and i was in desperate need of new glasses on a budget. I made an appointment for my eye exam and after i ordered my glasses. It took 9 business days to get them. Thats quick as some other places take two weeks to get them done. It has a non retail vibe, they were very welcoming and accomodating. I would highly recommend this practice as they are also eye specialists and have a surgery center.

Staff members are rude, I didn't care for reception area antics....I left this place before being seen, never to return. The office Mgr sent me a bill for 40.00 bucks and a letter not to come back...Class operation...

Wow! Drs Rummel are terrific!! Finally have 20/20 vision after cataract surgery. Born legally blind so to have this ouitcome (after two lasik surgeries in past 30 years) is a miracle!

I am disappointed in this place. Nobody decided to tell the woman with an 18 month old infant that she would be waiting for 3 hours for her mother to not even be seen. Yet. During that my mother's oxygen tank ran out (3 hour tank) WAITING for surgery. And they were "behind" but didn't tell me a single thing. I'm furious. I could have taken my son home back to PV to wait for her. Just ridiculous. No patient communication!! Good job on that. It's not like cataracts surgery is something people experience a lot in a lifetime. I'll edit if surgery goes smoothly. Other then that. Annoyed daughter and mother.
