    The eye examination with Dr. Lee and picking out my frames with staff assistance was an excellent experience. When there was a problem with one pair, Brianna and Nationwide were quick to work with me and everything was handled expediently and to my satisfaction. Thank you Brianna, Saneya, and Megan for your kind assistance.

    The staff is kind enough but my problem with this place is i ordered new classes and i wait for 2 weeks just to have them call me and say the lab got it wrong so I'm sure I'll be waiting another 2 weeks. Yeeeehaw

    Got glasses for both myself and my brother. Have had numerous issues since picking up my brother's glasses. First issue: the phone number. I changed this on the day of the appointment, on the day we picked up my brother's glasses, and then personally with the manager on the day I got one of my two pairs of glasses. Called today to find out where my glasses are, and they STILL have not corrected the phone number! Second issue: picking up my brother's glasses. His came in after 1 1/2 weeks, earlier than the expected date they gave us. They had some trouble locating the second pair, but eventually found them and everything seemed to be fine. Then, over the next week, I received three phone calls saying my brother's glasses were ready to be picked up. Apparently they never noted he had already picked them up! Third issue: my glasses. The date they were expected came and went with no glasses. I called them only to find they were there but because they never changed the phone number, they were not able to reach me. In addition to the issue of the phone number not having been changed, one of the pairs was not working as needed. The lens was too narrow and the bifocal was not focusing as the second pair did. So they were going to remake the first pair to be identical to the second pair. I was told two weeks. It is almost three weeks and still no glasses. I called to find out what is the issue this time and once again, they had not corrected the phone number. They cannot find my glasses and said they would look into it, let the manager know, and call me back. (The manager is the one who worked with me when I went in to get my glasses. She seemed to be right on top of everything, but yet here we are, still no glasses.) Anyway, the gal who answered the phone told me, "I will let the manager know you want them as soon as possible." NO!!! It is NOT that I want them as soon as possible, it is that I no longer have any faith in the company and wonder if they did not even place the re-order! I paid over $700 for two pair and they can't seem to get their act together. Fourth issue:  the computer system. EVERY time we have been in the office (total of 3 times so far), the computer system has been down. We have been told it is a "corporate" issue, but again, because of the poor job they have done in this situation, I have to question the truth in that. Yet, they blame the phone number issue, the missing glasses issue on the system being down. Bottom line: They have been negligent in changing the phone number, careless in not noting when glasses had already been picked up, and now failed to get me the second pair which I paid dearly for! I cannot recommend Nationwide. I left them previously because of similar issues but after 4 years decided to try again. Nothing has changed. Not sure if it is because of corporate issues, staff negligence and carelessness, or management, but not a pleasant experience whatsoever. (Note this is the Prescott Valley office - on Glassford.)UPDATE: They just now called me back. They are now saying the frame is out of stock and I have to go in and re-order. They have had 2 1/2 weeks and did not notify me it was out of stock until I called them. Yeah, avoid Nationwide!
