We had an EA for 8 years. I was ill for several years an depended on her to take care of our Tax needs. My son also was her client. Due to her not doing what she was supposed to do, my son and we had to pay extra to the IRS plus penalties and interest. I was desperate and panicked until I was directed to Prescott Business Solutions! Nichole and Dave researched all of the problems, contacted both IRS and State of Arizona for us and through hours of work on their part, corrected all the mistakes. These two honorable people are the absolute best in their field I have ever met. They are superior to any EA or Quick Books professionals I have met in my 79 years! My name is Michael Uniacke and Im the owner of Advantage Home Performance. We are a heating, air conditioning and insulation company that employs about two dozen people. Ive been in business for over twenty years. I have had the good pleasure of working with David Whittemore for the past five years and most recently in the capacity of one of the business partners in Prescott Business Solutions. I consider David to be both a valuable asset to my company as well part of the office team.
David is a pleasure to work with. He has a pleasant disposition, deep understanding of Quickbooks and accounting and a nice touch with everyone who works in my office. David has participated in our monthly closing for approximately five years.
David does business consulting for my company. It has been helpful for me to utilize David as a sounding board on a variety of business decisions. He has played an important role during the onboarding of a new piece of HVAC industry software. He has recently helped me structure commission programs.
Davids partner, Nichole Lavers, performed our taxes this Spring. She handled them in a very professional manner.
