        Apparently they will write a cashiers check but will not cash it if you're not a bank member/account holder. What does my account status with this bank have to do with the clearing of the cashiers check that they issued? More stupid rules.

        The ATM is down at least once a week here and just so happens it's every time my husband and I have to come deposit money to pay bills. The Prescott branch is just as bad! Don't bank here if you ever actually need access to your money or need to use their ATM.

        Everytime I go there 5 times to set up a checking I need to wait another day n Im on a fixed income n cant go back and only have 1 day off. So please tell me how is it that customers are first when someone was eating a sandwich when I went in there today and she told me to come back common.
