Why would you close on Friday payday 3 days before Xmas? Btw their website says they're open til 5pm. They are referring to ATM which is usually open 24/7 at most banks. Again just inconvenient unless you're an employee. Merry Christmas NBofAz

Im unemployed at the moment and have not deposited any money into my account for over a month. I moved all my auto pays out as far as I could but missed one. My account over drafted on Friday so I made three separate deposits this weekend to get my account back into the positive. All of the sudden Tuesday at Midnight they hit me with a $35 over draft fee putting me desperately in jeopardy of going negative. Darla at my local branch was able to help me get the fees reversed and Im so thankful to her and the branch for giving me that small town feel!

Nice to know that banks don't have the money to back the checks they issue or honor their checks to non-account holders.

No wait to see a teller. The staff is so nice -- I feel like a VIP! Manager was very nice too when I saw her today. They treat me a lot better than my credit union. So I will do all of my banking here in the future. I heard a lot of good things about them as well from my elderly neighbor.
