        The rental wasnt returned in their system in a timely manner so we received calls several times saying we never returned. No research was done prior to calling us or they wouldve seen it was returned to them in a timely fashion. Additionally the gas was not where they said and we took a picture still waiting on the refund.

        The manager was extremely helpful and so was the rest of the team there. Best uhaul experience I have ever had. The truck was extremely clean, the process was easy, everything was great.
