        They carry Milwaukee power tools and promote their outstanding warranty, but they will not honor it. They redirect to to jump through hoops. Lowes just picked up a new customer.

        I visited the store specifically to purchase thin-set, and after requesting assistance at customer service, I was initially advised to retrieve the items myself. Despite explaining that there were only five bags available on the floor and needing thirty bags, I was assured that someone from the mortar department would bring down a pallet for us. Disappointingly, after waiting patiently for over 30 minutes, no one arrived. I returned to customer service, where the representative once again called for assistance, yet another 30 minutes passed without any help. Ultimately, after wasting an hour in the store without any resolution, I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. This lack of timely assistance and failure to fulfill promises of assistance have left me with no desire to return to Home Depot in the future.
