I shop here often, tonight I was ready to buy 2-3 pairs of shoes as Christmas gifts but to my dismay the customer service wasnt great. Lexie didnt seem to want to help, she was engaged in conversations with other employees at the front counter when I needed a second assistance, I had my phone out when I stated, Could you take a look at this (screenshot of another pair of Converse I needed) and glanced at Mora (sp?) and rolled her eyes and Mora (sp?) giggled at that. If this is the type of behavior given to customers I sure didnt want to spend my money here. I returned the shoes and walked out the store, turned around to see both engaging other customers in the store talking about the incident. This definitely was frustrating to see. If they dont like being in customer service positions then they should be elsewhere!

I called in a panic at because unfortunately my order got canceled, Zoe picked up the phone and reassured me that we would get it taken care of and that she did!!!! Zoey is an amazing asset to this store, the customer service I received was impeccable.
