The employees are so awesome. They try very hard to get what you want and their knowledge of poducts shows very well!!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Went into the store at 12 on January 14th. I had to return a pair of shoes for my daughter. I had Ryan assisting me and he was super friendly and helpful. Mary Beth, who I believe was the manager due to her wearing red versus the other employees who were wearing black; was super rude and disrespectful and making comments under her breath towards me. It was completely unprofessional and I felt sorry for Ryan as he looked uncomfortable in the situation. I will not return to this Big 5 due to Mary Beths unprofessional and complete lack of situational awareness. She did not offer to assist and only made comments that showed no compassion towards her employees.

I had the displeasure of dealing with a Mary Beth at this location. She is incredibly rude, wouldnt help out when I asked her a question instead she had a very poor attitude and response. She is definitely discriminatory and racist. She doesnt like Mexicans or Hispanics. Mary Beth you can help your customers, if you dont like your job quit! Thats why you make so little! The next thing Ill be doing is calling BIG 5 corporate and you will learn how to treat your customers I guarantee it.
