        Tried of walking in with my two little girls and theres a worker half clothed. Some people dont want to see belly buttons while shopping! Do dress code better!

        I love this store for the only reason that Anthony is the absolute best employee I have ever dealt with at a retail store. He is always super nice and will go out of his way to make sure Im well taken care of. If you want to experience the best customer service ask for him

        The young man working at journeys on September 14 around 12 PM is one of the most personable and helpful reps Ive ever come across. Journeys is lucky to have him. I believe he said he was new in Phoenix from Washington give the guy a raise.

        I have to give a quick shout out to Kiley G. I went in with my daughter who is special needs and Kiley was beyond patient and sweet. She was super friendly and helpful. We dont see too much of that anymore so it definitely made for a 5 star experience. Thanks Kiley for making her feel extra special, youre awesome!
