Sam (who Im assuming is the manager and if shes not then that makes her behavior even crazier) was incredibly unprofessional and publicly demeaning to her staff. She was yelling from across the store- making an entire scene- because a kid who greeted us earlier was not standing near the customers. He, instead, was folding pants and making the store look presentable. Sam proceeded to demean him about not greeting customers properly in front of everybody. The store was full- and all of the customers stopped in shock as we watched. On top of that, any time any of the staff had questions, she would respond very condescendingly. The rest of the staff was awesome and sweet, but Sam needs a reality check because that behavior has got to go.

Came in here for new snowboarding gear and we were not disappointed! Not only did we get everything we needed at reasonable price but Sam helped us every step of the way!

The Saturday before Christmas, store is packed and the mall is slammed. Did that get anybody in this place down or angry? No way! I cant believe how nice, helpful and upbeat everyone was in this place. I was looking for a last minute outfit for my teen and had so much help by at least four different people it was unreal. The staff here are utterly amazing and the sales were awesome. I ended getting multiple outfits and a couple extra shirts just because they showed me so much awesome stuff. They were genuinely having fun that night working a packed store and selling clothes. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service. Well done!
