I've read these reviews and want people to know that one agent isn't the whole company. Sometimes things get confusing during a transaction so if confusion sets in, obtain a 3rd party recommendation i.e.: attorney. Some of these statements are not true so take them with a grain of salt. They are one side of the story. Some folks won't be happy no matter how much people bend over backwards to help them. This company didn't get to be sooo successful on one agents work ethic. Homesmart is the best company out there. Do your due diligence. It's your right!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Their realtor Sean Oldfield promised to give us half of his commission check after the sale(less taxes) and never gave us a penny! We reported this to his broker Jeff. He told us he would tell Sean Oldfield to do the right thing. Over a month later, Sean still hasn't paid us!
