Worst. They dont work weekends. A great offer came in and no one would answer phones or emails When papers were to be signed by a date that was on the weekend no one acknowledged any sent papers because they dont work weekends. They accept offers that you dont know about. And when you say you dont agree to they put it through and lie that dont worry you will get in the end what you want. Did not work out that way. They dont follow real estate rules or laws. I will go to the board now that I finally have my money. I ended up going to another realtor and have told anyone I know how bad they are DONT USE THEM. !!!!!!

For a Canadian, selling your house in the U.S. is a daunting prospect. We were so fortunate to have worked with Canam Realty, whose team coordinated every aspect of the process and led us effortlessly from pre-listing to closing and transfer of funds to our bank in Canada. In addition to the actual listing and selling of our home, Canam connected us with a variety of other important services, including renovations, removal of furniture, and final cleaning. They also provided contacts to a U.S. accounting firm, a title company, and a Canadian accounting firm. As with any house sale, the paperwork is extensive. Most was done through e-mail and we were led through it step-by-step with ease. Special thanks to Scott for your expertise and willingness to answer the many questions we had. Disappointed in my recent interaction with Canam... Your mileage my vary. I had received the newsletter for years, and always felt I would use them when I needed to sell. I liked that they had the trades to make necessary repairs and get the place ready to sell. So now that I'm selling I called them. I had to call twice as I didn't get a callback. That should have been a clue in hindsight. I got ignored for a week plus after a first (and only) interaction with the repair company. I'm short, it's my suspicion that I was intentionally ignored as I am in Surprise, and not located handier. I suspect if you are in Gilbert or Mesa your experience may be different. And I understand that. But instead of ignoring me hoping I will go elsewhere they (he, Larry) could have just been upfront and told me he didn't want the listing.

All of Can Ams staff were readily available and willing to provide help throughout the selling process. They kept the paperwork completion as easy as possible . I was impressed.

We were a little unsure of all the steps as Canadians selling our AZ home. The Canam team has you covered from start to finish,with everyone along the way very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A big thank you to all involved!
