Transitions Counseling and Consulting

I have been going to Transitions for a couple of years and am very happy with the care I am receiving. I have a degree in psychology so am pretty picky about who I see but I have found a gem in Leah. I look forward to our sessions and am grateful for her ability to help me to look at something in a different manner that ends up enhancing my relationships. Highly recommend!

I've been working with Jacci Holland for a little less than a year, and it has been a great experience. She made me feel comfortable right away in our first session. She is super intelligent and really heard and understood what I was hoping to work on and has always made me feel respected, like we are equals and are collaborating on the work we do together to improve my mental health. She creates a safe space and is encouraging about the progress I've made. I feel like she would be great to work with no matter what experience you already have with counseling-- I had had some form of therapy or mentorship for quite a few years prior, but was seeking new perspective, and she really took care to meet me where I was at, so I felt like I was moving forward and learning a lot working with her. I have definitely grown, built new tools and improved my relationship with myself since starting our sessions together!
