Brianda has truly changed my life. I have seen countless therapists over the years and always felt like I was just paying to vent to someone and was never offered any real solutions or healing. Her use of EMDR and ART have been instrumental to this change. At first I thought I was hopeless and doomed to a life of never ending anxiety and anger. But I am now working with my doctor to taper off my meds which I have been on for years, all because I have finally been able to move forward. I wouldn't serve Brianda justice if I didn't say that my experience has been life-changing. I've been dealing with a lot, to the extent of not being able to sleep, having flashbacks, and having constant anxiety. I tried everything, including medications, so it was suggested to me that I look for a trauma therapist. Being new to the Phoenix area, I asked for a recommendation and was referred here. I liked that she offered Accelerated Resolution Therapy. Over the course of 8 weeks, I'd see Brianda either once or twice a week. I started to get more sleep, my anxiety got better, and I even started to taper off meds. I wholeheartedly recommend Brianda for those who need to work through their traumas or anxiety.

I just want to give a shoutout to my therapist who's been a game-changer. She told me that when it comes to healing, it's all about the relationship. She's big on EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and IFS stuff that really works. What's awesome is how she listens like, really listens not just to talk back, but to get where I'm coming from. Our sessions are totally about me. She's the real deal and is here to help you heal. I no longer have the crippling anxiety and don't settle for less in my relationships.
