Canceled an order after 45 minutes of ordering. The reason given was that the item is not available (just regular pizzas in my order, nothing special). I wish they call and ask about the alternatives instead of simply canceling the order of 4 pizzas. Or cancel immediately or at least in 15 minutes. I had to scramble around in the last minute, then had to go to Barros to pickup pizzas finally. deserves 0 or negative stars for the treatment like this.
