Hey its Papa Murphys. The service and the pizza both were great.

My GF and I have made Papa Murphy's our weekly 'we're not making dinner tonight' stop. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. Their pizza isn't some bougie pie; it's simply fresh and flavorful. A great value. The salads are great and made fresh too. Parking: There are three or four dedicated spots right in front of the store. We've never seen them taken all at once.

Very very upset with this location. My husband was a manager at Papa Murphy's in Omaha and Bellevue, Nebraska. I have a soon to be 17 year old son that is Autistic and has ate Papa Murphy's pizza since the age of 2 years old so since end of 2008. He has food challenges. Has been in food therapy many times even through Monroe Meyer Institute in the state of Nebraska. He eats Papa Murphy's weekly sometimes even daily. So I know Papa Murphy's very well! This was the absolute worst experience we have ever had! The gentleman named Hunter. Which I had to pull teeth to get his name, and also and who was the manager that I could talk too. He wouldn't tell me !!! Just had this silly look on his face. I am an extremely long, loyal, paying, customer for years. Like I said my husband was a manager. Also I have younger siblings that work at Papa Murphy's in 3 different states! I am a rewards member also. Of course. He wouldn't let me use my rewards. The first issue was I had to tell him to please go back so I can do my rewards. He had exited out of his screen and went straight to the transaction to be paid. Then after I input my information he says he sees no rewards. I show him on my phone that I do. Just yesterday I spent $70.00 at Papa Murphy's in Scottsdale near my home. I kept saying yes it's rights here. So he says it's not, but I was persistent, but very nice so he took of 3 dollars. As I was sitting chatting with my son he says, hey mom can you use the other reward. I said sure. This time Hunter states, I can't use it unless I purchase something again. I was astonished. I said that wasn't correct. Those rewards you receive are from previous purchases. Its very common sense also he should know how this rewards program works if he was trained correctly. So extremely bad customer service. Lack of training. And or lack of and bad training. I asked how old do you have to be to work there he said 18 because of the special machines. I'm extremely curious. Is that true? Everyone else is telling me a different age. I also feel really disrespected and discriminated again. We were the only bi racial customers. I am Italian. My husband is African American and obviously my son is mixed. I need a call back immediately. By the way first time ever at this location. And it will be the last. I will be waiting to speak to upper management ASAP. Today is April 15, 2023 730pm
