        I ordered a thin crust, instead of calling me to let me know they were out of the thin crust, they made a regular pizza & stuck it in the order pick up section, labeled THIN CRUST. They had hand written signs stating out of thin crust but I figured I mustve gotten the last one. So, I get home with no thin crust, no email or call from the store notifying me they couldnt fulfill my order, nothing. They couldve just communicated they were out and offered to refund my order- ITS BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I threw away half the pizza, it was not satisfactory. This is not the first time this place has failed to provide the basics, Ill just be passing on this location in the future.
