Little Caesars Pizza

Pre ordered was alerted it was ready so I got there 10min after my pickup. the food wasnt even started so the guy ran and pieced together my order. When eating my pizza I happened to set it down and saw a sticker COOKED INTO my pizza. Breadsticks were cold and had butter all over them w no cheese. Dude behind the counter looked off his rockers.they hire just abt anyone apparently.

I sat there for almost 20 minutes in the line waiting to order. And then, when I finally got up to the register to order my food, he told me it was going to be a 45-minute wait. I go there a lot, and every time I go there, the service sucks and it takes forever to get my food.

Ordered online for pickup at 7pm. Get there at 715 and there is a huge line. The pizza portal was not working so I had to wait. All customers who did not have an order in already were being turned down because they have no "Hot n Ready" pizzas. Everyone that showed up for a Hot n Ready was being told an hour wait. I finally get up to counter and I'm told my pizzas were just barely put in the oven. I decide to wait. She brings the first pizza and asks if I want it made again cause it was burnt. She shows me how burnt it was. I told her I have no time to wait and she says she will throw in crazy bread for free. I get no sauce for the bread, no sauce for the pizza bites, a burnt pizza and an undercooked pizza. Will not be going again.

There were about 30 people in the facility seems like there were three managers on the site and one cashier in the front who seemed lost and confused like she didn't know what she was doing. There were three men on the line but one was handling the dough while the other two were horse-playing and joking around not making pizza and two or three women on the other side by the drive-thru area. Who knows what they were doing it seemed like one of the females was working and that was it. The female at the register and the drive-thru also. The drive-thru was getting their food but not the people in the lobby. The manager who was cutting the dough was handling the money and going back to the dough and not changing his gloves or washing his hands. People were asking for their money back and it was almost like the managers were apprehensive about giving the customers money back. I waited 20 minutes because that is what the cashier told me, that all three of my pizzas were going to take that long. After waiting I went to ask if they were ready. She came back and told me that they were not even started. None of them were talking to let each other know what was going on with the food. After talking to the male manager and asking him to cancel my order he asked me to wait because my order had gotten lost in the system and he would have my order out in 15-20. So I was going to wait. Then he found my order finally and before telling me what he was going to do he then canceled my order and told me that his system was running slow and it was going to take 7-10 business days for my money to get back to my card. Never offering me or any of the other customers a complimentary meal for the lack of your employee's service that they all failed to distribute. It is very vital, that there be more employees at the Campbell location because of how busy it gets, on a daily basis.
