Food made me sick love pizza but this one made me sick, ordered aptzrs they forgot to make waited 45 after time food was supposed to be done will never go there again and will tell everybody about experience

I love the fact that a family had this franchise a d they were from Chicago. It was a bit over priced and they didn't accept my groupon. However I was glad to support our black business

Who ever is the owner of this place. Don't you have a clue already from these reviews what a horrible customer service you have? The girl with the short black hair has GOT to go. As rude as they come..and I mean rude ! And 1 hour.....to wait for a pizza. What the h??? People still come here?

I called 45 minutes after ordering, waiting on hold for 9 minutes until I said enough is enough and just drove to the restaurant. NOT my first rodeo with this location. Of course my husband got the run around and all the excuses in the world on why our pizza isnt done. 8:35 pm he asked how much longer. They told him that it got delivered to someone for a delivery and would take an hour and half to remake our order. Ive worked in the restaurant and customer service industries This is NOT how to run a business! Third mess up is the charm! Fool me one time shame on you! Fool me twice, can't put the blame on you! Fool me three times, peace signs! We will never be returning to this location. Until there is new owners. Corporate will be contacted to inform them how this franchise location is ran. Very very sad!

I am so impressed by this location!! Even though there was a wait on Friday for pickup orders , it was worth every second. 1st the lovely lady in the front was very slammed. She made her job look easy.( and it couldn't have been) And she was still so pleasant, so personable, perfect customer service. 2nd I've never eaten such an amazingly delicious meal! I mean- I am so impressed. I ordered the Italian beef sandwich and fries with sweet and hot peppers on the side. It was truly the best Sandwich I've ever had. I'm usually very slow when eating, I'm a petite person and I usually can't finish my entire plate when I order out. Well, I'll tell you what! I scarfed it all down in record time. Every bite was better and better. Thank you to the lovely person and her daughter that worked on Friday evening. Keep it up! Your killin' it!!
