Food was okay. Not bad, but nothing amazing. The atmosphere was a little problematic. The place is run down and there's no background music. The vibe was too serious. What most bothered me was that when I was inside waiting for my to-go order, my kids waited for me at the tables outside. The man working there (unclear if he was an or the owner) came out and yelled at my kids that the tables were for customers only. This was my first and last visit there.

Quality of the pizza (cheese) went downhill since coming back from Covid. Wasn't very hot or tasty. Sorry Ray's. I used to love your pizza. Note this just applies to this location. Store at Greenway still good.

Extremely rude to their customers. They handed me a hot pan of pizza and no napkins and then I accidentally dropped it and when I told them they said not my problem so I just spent $50.00 for nothing. Iâ€™ve never seen such terrible customer service donâ€™t go there!!!
