Absolutely horrible!! We have stayed at this hotel once before, issues with last name and got it fixed the last time. This time because we use my card and my wife was one of the guest list, they cancelled the reservation. It was the EXACT same last name on both! She said we cancelled and have no rooms. No email or call. She said we don't call. I got confirmation and email from them saying thank you. If it wasn't for being close to where we need to go I would have not stayed again. Loud people and up all night long and nothing was done to shut them up. It was a scrappy first visit and we just sucked it up and stayed. WE WILL NOT STAY AGAIN! Rooms not renovated or up-to-date would not be an issue had there not been a horrible stench pipes backed up causing slow drainage and consistent headache from smelling sewage

I stayed there for 4 days, the last day I stayed there was the most expensive day costing me over $100 for the night. I had left my room about 1pm that day to go to a funeral I come back about 9pm that night to settle in and get some rest before a long day the next day. When I got back my key would not open my room, I go to the front window after hours window and they tell me they put a do not rent on me for drug activity and the security guard kept saying 1 what was the red stuff in the bath tub of my room and that I had a cat, well only 1 problem my room had a standing shower only and im allergic to cats. Then the security guard goes to say when he entered my room about 7pm it was filled with smoke from us smoking drugs. Not true because I had not been in my roo. Since 1pm that afternoon and I do not do drugs. Needless to say I got kicked out and they didn't give me my money back for the room. This was way wrong as I had already been stressed from the funeral I had went to and just wanted to lay down. I had to sit outside all night in the cold bc they kicked me out and kept my money.SHAME ON PREMIER THEY ARE NOT RIGHT RUDE AS HELL NO GOOD. They should not treat normal people this way. The security guard could not say 1 right comment about me. Rooms: Rooms are horrible doors do not fully lock and the walls have blood spots all across them and just plain out filthy disgusting. My blankets on the bed had looked like someone had took a dump in them and smeared it. Not clean at all
