        The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. However, the Hotel doesn't have great wifi which is insane in 2024. I had to use my own hot spot and even that was't good enough. The toilet was making weird noises throughout my stay, the room is also very outdated. Not a bad experience but def not the best. I would invest more money into this place.

        Booked through a travel agent for a golf holiday. Check in was easy and was told I was paid up in full and my card I had to out on file would be for room serve used. Room was nice enough but the internet didn't work. Reported it, sent a tech out. It wasn't fixed but was given access to some other wifi which had a super weak signal but was good enough as we were told the only other option would be to move. Our room wasn't cleaned once during our stay; which was annoying but ultimately wasn't truly worth complaining about at the time. Swung through the front desk to check out and was told everything was good to go. Did not receive the bill by email. I then had a charge to my creditcard from the hotel; had to chase down the bill. Both resort fees and an additional upcharge for a suit (which I didn't ask for or agree to was applied to my card). Filed a billing dispute with Hilton was told it would be 5 business days to hear back. That has come and gone with no explanation. Would not recommend.

        My husband and I were walking our dog on the mountain trails. During our walk we seem to have wandered onto the private property of the hotel however, as we didnt see any signage or gates we were completely unaware. We noticed a man on a golf cart and thought nothing of it until we heard him report transients in the area on his radio and realised he was referring to us. My husband spoke with him briefly and the whole exchange left a sour taste in my mouth as he was incredibly rude and quite aggressive in manner. Im happy to accept fault for being somewhere we shouldnt have been (completely unknowingly) and I apologise for that however, thats no excuse for your staff to speak to people like trash.
