Outside of the main attraction, the lazy river and slide I wouldn't consider this hotel a resort. The one restaurant was way over priced, slow and dirty. The pool food options were good, but they were not trained on how to handle a busy day. A pizza that I was told would be 20 minutes ended up being 90 and I finally canceled the order, as did several others. I stayed 4 nights and only had the room cleaned one time. The room had used gum stuck the table amd a wrapper on the ground when I walked in for the first time. The mattresses are POOR. I ended up sleeping the last night on the couch. If you have back trouble you will not enjoy these beds. Pillows are also poor. It felt like a motel 6 room honestly. Basic TV options for view. No streaming or movie options. The rooms are OLD and need some love and attention. The girls running the market area by the lobby were great and the selection there wasn't bad. The girls at the pool bar were also great and kind, but the kitchen was SUPER UNORGANIZED and didn't looked like they'd been trained for a busy day at the pool. Overall I was disappointed. My kids did enjoy the slide and the pool, but not having enough chairs available for people to sit in made for some upset adults.

Went to Easter Brunch Buffet. Tables mostly empty. Vibe was off. Food was very good. Very limited drink options. Will not go again.

This resort ( which I won't call a resort) This resort was very disappointing! It is a bunch outdated buildings and rooms that charge resort fees. Every aspect of this resort requires upgrading. Please avoid this place. The water park is small and non operational but even when operational it's very outdated. Multiple outdoor jacuzzis did not work and wouldnt heat up. All the guests had to use 1 working jacuzzi which made it crowded or inaccessible due to the number of people. The bar does not have top shelf liquor, and has minimal liquors to choose from as well as No cherries, limes etc. This resort lacks class to say the least. This experience was not a good one. There is only 1 restaurant on the resort. There is NO room service AT ALL. So, you have to eat at the same tacky bbq spot with a limited menu from 2-5pm or go searching elsewhere for food. Not a resort feel at all, more like a hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!
