Great location. Quiet rooms. We were right beside the elevator and we didnt hear anything. Parking is expensive.

Retro modern chic interiors from the lobby to the breakfast area to the rooms. Even the flooring of the elevators were pretty. It definitely had the Arizona touches with the raw wooden carved pieces on the wall at the dining area. The room had the Antelope Canyon photos in black and white. Colours were beautiful and neutral. Lamps inside the room and common areas were well chosen. The interiors were quite nice considering its a semi budget hotel. They have 2 computers at the lobby and a printer for guests wanting to print their boarding passes and what not. Theres a lounge area behind it with comfortable and stylish enough seating. Interestingly, theres an envelope for housekeeping tips even if the housekeeping will only clean your room every 3rd day. I stayed a total of 4 nights but staying 2 nights at a time. That means the housekeeping didnt come to clean or remove garbage at any of the 2 times I stayed there, yet they have an envelope requesting for tips. I did leave tips anyway since its more a Hyatt company policy than the workers decision, I just thought it was quite ironic. On both check ins, the plastic bag that usually goes into the can was not inserted, only hung, maybe for the hotel guest to DIY insert the garbage bag themselves? Upon check in, the lady at the front desk was probably new and not quite trained, the key cards werent activated well and so we had to go down and reactivate them. During breakfast, one day, the scrambled eggs ran out, another day, it was the bacon, then another time it was the hard boiled eggs. Sometimes there would be a line up of 8-10 people waiting for the meat to arrive. Aside from this, overall, it was OK.
