        Absolutely AMAZING hotel. From build your own burritos for breakfast to well maintained grounds, this pet friendly hotel is a gem for sure. Staff at desk on check in was refreshingly pleasant. We stay in hotels 7 nights a week. To have the two gentlemen at the desk be so kind and genuinely hospitable is a welcome change from most hotels we stay in. Even gave us a pet bag for our pup with treats. Specifically marked truck parking was an added bonus in a large area as Phoenix is. Price was even reasonable and was glad to have points to use for an even better discount. Room was immaculate. Linens crisp and pots and pans to boot in the kitchenette room. Most definitely on our top list of return hotels when we are in Phoenix again.

        Very clean, comfortable and quiet room. Plenty of free parking. Wonderfully maintained property, both inside and outside with a friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was great and the attendants in the breakfast area were very hard working and made sure everything was always fully stocked and clean. Great hotel at a price that can't be beat for the area.

        I booked this to be somewhat close to the Mariners home stadium for Spring Training. The place is a gem. It appears to have undergone a rebuild in somewhat recent times and the place is impeccably well-maintained. The breakfast is spot on but wish it didnt end so early. Has all the staples of the included breakfasts with rotating specials. The rooms were crisp and better than some Westin or Marriotts Ive stayed at. There is a pool and hot tub in the middle of a courtyard type area that some rooms look over. I will say its right off of I-17 and the frontage road is only one-way but its not hard to get around. Theres a train to some Phoenix stops not far as well. Place had many Mariners fans staying there which was cool. The Peoria Sports Complex was about an 18 minute drive from here.
