They are very helpful and responsive, I have been dealing with them since my son was a newborn with severe reflux. Don’t let the negative review scare you off, I only trust my kiddos with PCH doctors!

I scheduled an appointment online for my son as a direct referral from a local urologist with the same company. 3 days before the confirmed appointment I was called and told there was an error. I was told that I was called to fix the error, however the message only indicated they had a referral and therefore my appointment for my 7 year old autistic son who is currently having uncontrollable diarrhea, at school none the less, was canceled and cannot be seen for over a month. Management was informed with zero flexibility due to system error. Will not be bringing my children here.
