If zero stars were possible I'd do that. I requested a call for appt on Tuesday. I never got a call. I tried calling twice and it went to voice-mail. I finally got ahold of someone on Friday and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Then she tells me my son's referral has no notes attached to and I would have to solve this issue for them. The providers are supposed to request records and perform doc-to-docs. That is NOT my job. It is not my job to correct provider errors. It is not my job to ensure the provider has all the information they feel they need. There should be a SW, RN or receptionist that fulfills these requests. After reading the other reviews and the unprofessional I experienced I will be taking my child elsewhere.

Just called to schedule an apointment and the lady who received the call was rude and doesnt know any manner and how to treat others. His behavior doesnt seem nice. So most probably we will not follow up there as this lady is rude, we see pch specialists frequently and never had anyone like that lady..

Was here in 2014, 2016, and 2018 First time was at age 7 for 17 days because I was forced off all my medications due to insurance randomly deciding to stop paying for it. I was treated terribly, often just thrown in the padded room whenever I was mad. Second time in 2016 for self harm, age 9. I wasn't treated very well again, and was just left to rot here for 7-9 days. Third time was in 2018, when I was 12, for being suicidal. I was forced into isolation after my roommate defended me having more than one stuffed animal. They refused to let me out of my room and never allowed me to have a roommate again. One nurse claimed that I was "spreading bad juju" (I'm a Pagan, and said I was during mandatory circle time). Don't let your child fall into their traps. This is a horrible place.
