My daughter has been seen at PCH multiple times since she was born, and they are amazing every time. We come from a small town where healthcare is limited, especially pediatric, and so when we visit we have to drive a long way to get there. But after everything my daughter has been through I will never take her anywhere else. The level of care is the best any parent could hope for. Thank you PCH for all you do!

Screw this place the DRS here are heartless. They also call and make FALSE reports to POLICE and DCS! This hospital put my familys life in jeopardy, they made inaccurate statements, and LIES, and MOST OF THEM are completely uneducated! HORRIBLE hospital do not take your kids here, especially if your child suffers an injury. These people are shameful individuals!!! This hospital is full of false pretenses! They took 3 HOURS to even do a scan on my childs head after suffering a fall, to busy making their false allegations! Many other places to take your child, I will NEVER allow this hospital to treat my children again! I would give them ZERO STARS and I hope what happened to me NEVER happens to another family. I am currently starting the process of attempting to sue this hospital

Apparently, a 4 year old with a fever of 103F+ for 3 days that refused to break (even AT the ER), difficulty keeping her awake, being lethargic with no appetite/not eating at all, and not urinating isn't enough of an emergency for this hospital. Sat for 7 hours with my daughter clearly miserable and being repeatedly told she was next for a room or that a room was being prepared just for them to call in other patients who were there for minor ailments. Ended up not being seen and taking her home because she was so uncomfortable sitting there and will have to try a different ER. 7hrs this ER put my kid through hell.

My grandsons have hemophilia server A and today we took my 11 month old grandson cause he wouldn't stop bleeding so we took him to get factor and the nurses at the front desk where really judgemental thinking the worse. This isn't the first time this happens to us and they are boys they will get hurt so why be judgemental when we bring them in bleeding. If we could we would take them somewhere else but this is the hospital that should be there for our kids especially my grandsons that have hemophilia. I am not the only one who they been judgemental with or racist with. Wish it wasn't like this at this hospital.
