        I dropped in for a morning class with Erik when I was traveling to Tempe for a business trip and had a wonderful experience! The people were friendly, the gym is very nice, and the coaching was great. I will definitely return to this gym if I visit Tempe again!

        After moving to Phoenix, Hammer CF was one of the first gyms that I checked out that was 8 years ago, and Im still a member! The human and canine communities at the gym are both very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Hammer to anyone looking for a fun place to work out and take their fitness to the next level!
