My favorite gym and Im not a gym person. I really enjoy the classes. Theyre constantly changing so Im not staring at the clock the entire time waiting for class to be over. I love that they have classes almost every hour so I dont have an excuse not to go.

I've tried other fitness programs and in my experience ETF is my favorite. From the dynamics of the workouts, the class sizes, the low impact exercise, and the atmosphere it by far exceeds my needs and expectations. The owners and coaches are quite simply the best. Highly encouraging and supportive to help guide and suggest the best way to get the most out of each class. I love ETF.

Hands down one of the best workouts I've ever had for the free class I got. The people there keep you motivated to go until you drop but then get you back up and going more. This place is the business.
