Nice and clean, good atmosphere

Staff is always nice. This Gym is a little hidden in the plaza so it's never really that busy. I really like that because all the equipment is available.

As a personal trainer going independent I am so grateful to have found SAQ. Its an amazing facility filled with a one of a kind team. I feel blessed to be a part of it.

Jad creates challenging workouts for his clients. The location is super convenient with lots of parking and the equipment is well kept and clean. Great place to workout!
