Maribel argued with me the whole time then bagged everything up and said I was good to go. Never mentioned the bag with my charger. I almost left without it. I remembered and came back in to get it and she was extremely rude. As I was talking to a manager she tried to walk over and stare at me then sarcastically said byeeeee to purposely be scummy.This place is scary. They want you to fail. They hate their jobs and will take it out on you.

The only time they reach out is when they need you to pay but when you call and leave 10 voicemails to return your call. Arrived at 8:00am, business is closed. Waited outside in the parking lot for 20 mins for employees to show up, mind you business and phone information described this business as 8-5 but they make their own schedule.

As a former I would like to shed some light on these comments. The services provided by Sentinel are court ordered, everyone leaving a negative review signed a plea agreement and/or was ordered to complete this program. I witnessed angry people who had to go into this business and complete it because they decided to drink and drive or worse. If these people did not decide to drink or do other activities that would attract the attention of police maybe they would not need these services and they would be happier people. I for one, will acknowledge that this is just a Meriad of many services that the court orders defendants to compete. For those who write negative comments please go to court and let the Judges know to get on your time and your program because you decided to get caught doing delinquent activities!!!
THIS IS COURT ORDERED YOU MORONS!!! Of course you will leave negative comments!!!!

Sentinel Home Offender Services.
staff members are very FRIENDLY, KIND staff social workers whom welcome you in with Respect, with former instructions on where too sign .
Note ;
YOU must complete whatever many days/weeks your court ordered you too complete for the jail time .
Before enrollment too the agency
It will be A charge out of your pocket but if your complying with your whole order & arent consuming alcohol there is nothing too worry about .
My former counselor Brenda was very kind genuine social woman , very helpful throughout the whole guide and steps too complying with your home detention confinement .
You MUST NOT too be excessively too late or violate your monitor or breathalyzer home detention confinement order by
taking least 15/20mins long
That is a warning too officials & agency monitoring your device .
CALL TOO let them know if your EMPLOYED .Your going too do over time Even if you or your counselor did NOT put down certain days of work on your Sentinel schedule.
Do NOT take as much as 15 mins outside your house /Apartment .
Other than that I learned my lesson on my first DUI offense . Lol these ankle monitors are tight
So be sure too put a bandana or sock around the area thrusting your ankle . Other than that Drinking and driving isnt worth loosing a bit of your freedom too go anywhere or do anything lol .
Positive experience at the Sentinel Agency Located in downtown Phoenix .
Be sure too bring ALL your DOCUMENTS required or you will most likely be RESCHEDULED for another appointment.
