We got our daughter a car and the stereo would work sometimes. we bought a new stereo we put it in. We had the same problem. We knew that the red wire was loose so I took it down to do have it looked at and told them that we bought a new stereo and it powers on and plays sometime. I told them that I we already knew there was a red loose wire and it needed to be fixed. About 30 minutes later they called me and told me it was ready and that it was the wire which I already knew was lose we paid $85 . We brought the car home and the next day it was doing the exact same thing the stereo would work sometimes. I called them and i told them that it's doing the exact same thing like it did when we brought it in that they didn't do anything different than we did. They refused to give our money back they told us that it was because it was a cheap radio and I know it's not because it's a cheap radio I have exact same one in my car. They said the only way that they would do anything is if we bought their stereo and put it in and then it would work. however then he tells me that they would take the $85 put it towards the new radio which would be be more money because their stereo costs $140. We haven't taken it back because we don't know and not sure if we could trust them. Really disappointed that they did not take care of the problem after I told them that it was a red wire that was loose that needed to be fixed and that's all they did they plugged it in we paid $85 for the exact same thing we did. Don't go there
