I ordered a bottled water and got an open already drank from water bottle that is just disgusting. I didn't notice until I got home. Also the bun on my sandwhich wasn't toasted and was really cold. They also forgot the sauce packets I asked for. Just terrible experience I will go out of my way to go to a different wendys

I wouldve given no starts the worst Wendys ever! The drive through window was some liquor store robbery proof window!!! They messed up my order 2 times & the 3rd times I asked for my money back!! Because the rest of my food was cold & said they dont give refunds!! You cant walk in the lobby because they have it locked the manager was talking to me through the door being cracked open!!! Never in my life have I ever had such bad service & told that I cant get a refund for them not making my food right!!! So you can take my money & just give me whatever you want!! If you have to operate like this then this establishment should be closed down!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is THE WORST location I've ever visited ever. Don't even bother coming here. Its gotten worse since they closed the lobby and installed the robbery proof window. I get the area is dangerous but there is literally no customer service experience at all. They messed up my order AGAIN, every visit something gets messed up. Either they give us the wrong food, they dont include items, they include items we didn't order or they give us the wrong order completely. The wait times are outrageous. From the time I pulled up into the drive thru until the time I got my food was 25 minutes this time, it was thirty minutes last time. Their hours for drive thru are posted until 10PM but I've come through as early as 8pm and the menu is dark and no one answers even though there are cars out front and lights on inside. This location should just close at this time.

Thought this place would be better when it reopened but here we are. Half am hour spent in drive thru. Only 3 people working. No discounts and being yelled at for someone behind me honking!

Apparently this is a new Wendy's. Because the sign said drive through now open. I went to the drive-thru, and there were three cars in front of me. And it took over half hour to get my food. I'm just saying, we need a little training here.
