Burger King

I always come to this Burger King and I had a Horrible experience I went to order for me and my daughters while I was waiting for my order I went in to the restroom and the young ladies that work there upfront were getting high and they had a guy in there with them which I think its so inappropriate and I wish my kids didnt have to see that. I asked to speak to the manager, and from a distance she was just saying bad language.

Ordered fish sandwich combo. Got home, took couple bites of sandwich & it was hard/over cooked. Called to let them know, took sandwich back & they made a fresh one and also gave me new fries.

It's great to work in a place get up to $15 per hour and actually not care about customer service? I stood at the front counter for almost 8 min... I was noticed by the drive thru person... after 2 min he requested help... no one came he continued at the drive thru window.. never once checking to see if anyone had helped me... I watched and waited for eye contact for 5 min... I said no one has come up yet? He again requested help... I waited 1 more min... apparently whatever was going on in the back house was more important?? By this time two more people walked in... I decided to leave thinking I need to come get paid here... because it seems working is an option? There was no apparent management personnel.
