        Well who ever checks the orders before they go out needs to be retrained. More then half my last order was messed up.....and I dont know this was considered the way to make a cone..

        THIS IS MY 3RD TIME COMING TO THIS MCDONALD'S, I HAD 2 ONLINE ORDER PICKUPS. I WAITED 30 MINS. THEN HAD TO GO IN BECAUSE THEY STILL DIDN'T BRING IT OUT. I TOLD 4 DIFFERENT PEOPLE THAT WORKED THERE MY ORDER AND EVERYONE SAID THEY WOULD HELP ME. AFTER ANOTHER 10 MINUTES I WENT IN, ONLY TO FIND ABOUT 15 PEOPLE WAITING ON THERE FOOD. NO ONE IN THIS MCDONALD'S NO WHAT THEY ARE DOING. NO ONE TALKS TO EACH OTHER SO THEY GET THE ORDERS OUT. THEY LITERALLY HAVE PEOPLE'S ORDERS JUST LAYING AROUND AND NO ONE KNOW WHERE ANY OF THE ORDERS GO. THEN YOU GET YOUR ORDER AND IT'S WRONG. THEY NEED AN OVERHAUL AND EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS MCDONALD'S EVER AGAIN....NEVER.

        Cash only and drinks only...why are you open 24hours and you're not selling food? This McDonald's sucks. They make you pull around to the front to get a drink order...how lazy is that. The homeless people outside this location work harder to get your money than the employees of McDonald's. Shut this place down and let someone else run a business on that corner. This place is terrible!

        Going to McDonalds you already know what youre gonna get when it comes to customer service and half are understaffed and a lot of times by teens who dont care, honestly dont mind I totally understand. What I dont appreciate is if I parked in the wrong spot that Im being yelled at to move and being dismissed. I have no idea what on earth got this darker lady in all dark blue on 3/29/24 @3:50pm so pressed to be yelling at customers because theyve made a mistake. Thats wild. Ms lady needs to bring her tone down, understand its not that serious and I assume she some type of manager seeing shes not wearing a regular polo and maybe learn to manager her team a little better to know she can talk to people lol theyre humans. Girl learn to manage before being a messy manager.
