I made 3 apts for myself, husband and daughter and we have 2 insurance coverages, cigna and vsp. I was told by jason that using more than one coverage is fraud. We pay for two insurance coverages because every year we get glaseses. When I go to the dentist they bill both, not fraud. When I had surgery they billed both, not fraud. Thank you for making me feel like I am doing something wrong when I'm not.

Incredible Doctors and a great selection of frames with all kinds of options. Optical Expressions is filled with positive and professional employees and when your ordered glasses do arrive it feels like they are giving you the white glove service when they take you back and do the final fitting. I look forward to my annual check up here.

I WAS TOLD MY LENSES WOULD DIM IN THE SUN AND IT WAS INCLUDED WITH THE 260.00 I PAID, BUT THEY DO NOT DIM!!!!!!! SO I CALLED THE MANAGER AND HE WANTED TO CHARGE ME AN EXTRA 60.00 FOR THEIR MISTAKE. I SAID NO. MANAGER DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO UPDATE MY CELL NUMBER. THEIR SLOW AND INCONVENIENT DON'T GO

My Bf recommended me here. He had gone before me and emphasized how great they were. I decided to finally make an appointment and they did not disappoint. Everyone was so friendly. I had been to an eye place years ago to check my eyesight. It was so negative and non caring I didn't wanna go back. But here they made me feel so comfortable. The lady that helped me pick my glasses took all the time I needed to make sure I was comfortable with my pick and was very informative. I appreciated everyone here
