Walmart Vision & Glasses

My wife and I went in for safety glasses on Saturday at Spectrum Mall. Marcia and Brian got us right in. Very personable & exceptional service. They worked w/ our insurance & figured out how we both could get a set of glasses. Highly recommended & will definitely be going back due to their attention to detail.

I've worn glasses since 3rd grade and this vision center provided the best experience I've ever had in seeking new glasses and/or contacts. The staff is incredible, being friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable.

sorry for the negative review, but have no choice.. was told something would be followed up with (medical docs) last Friday by management, never done.. was told I would get a call with updates last Friday, never done. Havent heard anything over weekend and all day today from anyone and now its almost 6pm and closing time. Cannot promise something and underdeliver

Been getting so many emails about scheduling my next eye appointment. Left a message to schedule something got no call back. Called again the next day then just got the phone picked up and hanged up right away. Horrible customer service why would you spam my email and send me mail for an appointment then not answer to schedule one.

I been buying my glasses from here since I moved near by. I get no customer service & employees here are rude after purchasing, an getting told to come back whenever I had issues with my prescription glasses, which was my 4th time going back to get my prescription glasses repaired . Last time I went was today, & got no service, was told to call this number , I have no clue whats going on after all the months before Ive been coming in To get my prescription glasses repaired, I was given a business card.
