        Crowded, painfully slow, 3 hours to see a doctor. I left and shall NEVER return.

        They are the worse. first trip there they made me wait 4 hours after my scheduled appointment to see the Dr. Next trip I scheduled early so they didnt have any excuses to make me wait so long,, but instead they inform me the Dr isn't there,,, He is in Flagstaff. I drove across town in 8 am traffic to get there. They sent me numerous calls and emails to remind me of my appointment , and I even talked to triage nurse the day before,,,I was never informed the Dr. was not going to be there.. Patients time is so invaluable in their eyes,, they couldn't be bothered. We are treated like cattle. I would never recommend this place. They need to revamp their whole system on appointment scheduling and communication.
