Do NOT recommend. Poor customer service. Bad billing practices. Tricked my husband into signing a treatment plan for services not covered by insurance without clearly explaining what was and was not covered. This was after he clearly stated that he didn't want any procedures that were not covered by insurance. Follow up with the office manager demonstrated a lack of customer focus or any attempt to make things right.

Staff was very friendly, I felt right at home. My dentist Mr. Hines is a class act, best dentist in the region without a doubt.

Dr. Hines has been my dentist for several years now. The longest dentist I have ever had. He actually cares and makes me feel comfortable. I have dental fear. I get dental anxiety. He makes me feel okay. His team is friendly and front office staff are helpful. I will never change dentists. He does great work. Ever since going to Dr. Hines, I have had far less problems with my teeth and any issues I do have, he takes care of me himself and never passes me on to another dentist. Thank You Doctor! You rock!

Dr. Hines and his team are truly amazing! It's easy to see that they all enjoy what they do and that the team truly cares for you. They also care for one another and work well together. That is clear and evident. I made a commitment to myself at the end of last year to focus on my dental health and the results are impeccable! I haven't smiled a big toothy smile in a long time and I owe it all to you Dental Care at Moon Valley!!
