Coyote Ridge Family Dentistry

Was referred here by insurance for a few fillings, I am 9 months pregnant. THE DENTIST PERFORMED MY FILLINGS WITHOUT NUMBING ME. He was drilling into my skull for what felt like forever, tears running down my face, full on panic attack. I told him from the very start "NO! I can feel everything!!" while literally jumping out of this man's chair in pain and explaining how insanely sensitive my teeth are, even commented "shoot I need to be numb for just a cleaning". After breaking out in a full on sob because of the pain of him drilling my face off, and at least 30 minutes in-- he numbed it. I was due back for the remaining fillings but will happily pay out of pocket to go somewhere else. The most stressful, painful, procedure I have ever had. Completely unnecessary. As a doctor, you should do better, know better. This isn't medieval times. If a heavily pregnant woman is SOBBING in your chair begging for numbing during her fillings- give it to her? Who drills into someone's face without numbing them? I was without words. Never in my life had this happen. Never again.

Dont even waste your time. Ive set 2 appointments here just to show up and the doors be locked and no one to answer the phone or come to the door. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. And all of the lights are on inside so its people in there. If you dont wanna do your job go work somewhere else but this is the second time this company has wasted my time and gas. I wouldnt recommend

If I could rate it a zero I would, scheduled a appointment for my wisdom tooth that was causing my gum to swell up and hurt to sleep, and eat I come in for my appointment only for them to tell me that they don't take my health insurance even though I been here before, I'm pregnant and in a excessive amount of pain and they turned me away. They had 4 day's to make sure my health insurance was accepted but they waited for me to come in and waste my time for NOTHING. Terrible way to run a business this office is a JOKE.
