Went in for an emergency tooth extraction and everyone in this office was friendly and super helpful especially the front desk staff. I walked out with one less tooth but had a smile on my face after. I would highly recommend this place and would go back again if I needed to! Thank you again to the Magic Smiles team

Today was my second visit at Magic Smiles, prior to my first visit I had to get four small fillings. Even though I was anxious, just to say I trusted the kindly nice team in the dental office who made me comfortable and got the job done within the wink of an eye, and to mention the receptionist at the front desk, she's such a pleasant lady, I look forward to continue receiving service within my due time. Thank you so much! :)

If I could give no star amazing but cant I been taking my kids here for years and today 8-15-23 my child of 2 years old fell and hit his head in the back waiting for treatment beca he was left un supervised and yet the ugly young un educated girl was so rude and had the nerves to say it was my fault when I wasnt allowed back there yet she was next to him and never received an im sorry or anything from the back workers I told the lady at the front to bring me my child and she did and so was so amazing and made sure he was okay but the workers in the back are rude stupid still has the nerves to raise her voice and talk back uhh no child should ever be hurt in a place we think is safe ps she studied for her career but yet is unprofessional and yet have received a call back from there main boss but its okay we are hiring an attorney and sueing Ps thank to the lady in the lady in the front my respects for trying to keep me and the situation calm and her daughter for helping me get my sons treatment done and letting me be with him and make me feel more comfortable

So tired of this place. They get in the patients that they know or who knows how they pick and choose and you get stuck there waiting 1 to 2 hours after your appt time. They change your appointment times and when they call and confirm with the new time (they want to leave early or have a lot of earlier appt slots that become available) they want to move you out another 3-6 months if you cant make it at the time that is convenient for them. Even though you have the appt card they gave you with time and date, they will lie to your face and say thats not what we have on the computer/schedule and will not honor your appt card. This is all apart from today's experience. My kids were scheduled for 6 month cleaning today. My daughter was told she needed fillings at her last appt 6 months ago but we were not able to get clearance from hematology on time for her Sept or October appt and when I was called to confirm this I was told, "It's fine, she is scheduled for her 6 month cleaning in January so we will do both (cleaning and fillings) at that appointment. We don't have anything sooner anyways so lets keep appt as is and we will join appointments that day." They have done it before, I didn't think much of it. I missed their call Wednesday and knew I had to call back ASAP before the appointment was cancelled. I confirmed for both my kids but they gave me a different time. "2:30 pm or if you can come earlier otherwise no appt." I was sure I had my appt card with a later time but agreed to their new time because I know how they are. My mistake when confirming, I confirmed that both my kids would keep the appts for today but didnt confirm what type of appointment, nor did the office say what type of appt they called to confirm. We went to see hematology this morning and my daughter is cleared for the dental work. She is premedicated 1 hour prior to procedure. Took 2 months to get insurance approval for one single dose and it was delivered just in time on Thursday night. We arrive at 2pm for the "2:30pm" appt. I have my appt card given 6 months ago that confirms appt was actually at 4 pm not 2:30 pm but they dont care. My kids go in at the same time and when my daughter comes out she tells me the dentist didn't do anything. When I questioned why the fillings on 3 cavities were not done, the office proceeds to make me aware that they rescheduled the fillings without my knowledge or consent. Gave me a female name unknown to me when I asked who they rescheduled the procedure with. I don't know what day or time its for but ask that they cancel it. My daughter still with port in hand that was placed in the morning at hematologist office almost crying because she went through all that pain for nothing. The lady said she would ask the dentist if she could do the filling and came back to say the doctor said no because she has not had a lunch break yet. Staff would not look at me when I started confronting them about all the bull they pull. They were unable to say who, when or why they rescheduled the appt for my child with a complete stranger. I waited for my son to come out and I was not told how his cleaning went. He was pushed out the door and it shut behind him. At this point I was livid and didn't even bother with them any further. Clearly management is aware of situation and agrees with staff behavior, maybe that's how they are trained. Front desk staff has always been incompetent and will lie to your face. After all of the above, I continued to bring my kids to the same place to avoid having their records all over the state. I would remind myself, its only twice a year you have to deal with them. Everytime hoping for better management, and sometimes they do have very nice staff but same "policies" in place. This time they really outdid themselves. Will not be returning. Yes there was a positive review from many years ago from me and let me clarify, it was done only because they bribed my son saying he would be entered into a raffle to win a Playstation or something alike if I posted a positive review.
