Dr. Bryan mistreated my minor daughter during the removal of her braces. When she came out to the waiting room, she had tears in her eyes and I could tell something was wrong. As soon as we got in the car, she started crying and told me he was aggressive, mean and kept hurting her! She said he spoke to her in a very condescending tone saying things like Whats wrong with you? Dont you understand, DONT MOVE! Even though he kept hurting her, so she couldnt help but pull away from the pain. Honestly, our entire experience with Western Dental from beginning to end has been a nightmare. Im just glad we never have to come back to this disgrace of a dental practice.

Western Dental are the WORST Dental office!! I would not Refer them to anyone. They are Liars and Accuse me of not Paying my bill. Jackie the receptionist disrespected me out loud amongst other Customers. Please dont go there!!

The dentist was awesome the receptionist can be rude really bad attitude when I bearly discovered their was a dentist there.She didn't really want to help me. I almost did not go back because of her. But i did talk to someone high within the company complain.Until I called they convinced me to go back. I saw the reviews on her almost did not want to go back because of her. The second time she still needs to treat patients with hello or thank you for coming it not her patients it the dentist hopefully they look into that if they want their business not to be treated rudly the first day.

Update: Look at the copy and paste message they responded with. Their sorry is just as lame business practices. WASTE of time. I get to my appointment 15 mins prior. I filled out paperwork online and still had to fill out the same paperwork in person. Then they make wait 1 hr after my appointment to tell me to come back at 2pm. I was scheduled at 12. Never did the front desk explain they are running behind. What kind of business makes you waste your whole afternoon. I had to get off work early.
