I work till 4:00pm on weekdays. For the last 2 months my appointments kept being canceled or pushed off till later. They have avaliability for a 5:00pm slot, although each time I call the day before my appointment to confirm. I have to find out it was canceled. Without even any notice. No call or email either. I rescheduled the date 5 times for the dentals team's best interest that works for them and my work schedule. Although today I called to confirm for the next day at 5:00pm. I find out the dentist cancels on me yet again. I haven't even been able to come in to get my check up... I'm going with a different dentist who will make the time for me. If you don't want to do a 5:00pm slot, then don't have it avaliabile just to cancel it or try to schedule it for earlier without asking...

Andre Zargar cost me over $10,000 to correct this nightmare. I was in so much pain after my root canals and Zargars plan for care was to shave them down more and hope they would settle and the pain would subside. As a single mom of two this entire situation set me back beyond. I have a heart condition SVT, the infection from the file tip left in my canal caused my heart episodes to sky rocket to the point I had to get a loop recorder implanted in my chest. Only to find out the infection was causing episode's to happen more often and if I would have known about the infection sooner I wouldn't even need to have the loop recorder implanted. All in all it cost me thousands of dollars to have this corrected and I ended up losing the tooth completely and can not afford an implant. I have since had my loop recorder removed and my heart episodes back to "normal" with the infection gone. The board sided with zargar and gave him a non disciplinary class so that I would not be able to be reimbursed based on it being non disciplinary. Please don't get dental work done here!

Alayna and Marissa at the front are amazing. Very patient and understanding with my husband's dental anxiety. Moved his appointment around multiple times to accommodate. Jennifer is fantastic. She is very soft spoken and calm which makes things a bit easier being he is nervous. Dr. Alex is very confident and kind. He makes you feel reassured in the ease of the procedures. Thank you all for the kindness and patience.

Thanks so much for being so kind.... dentist was very polite and efficient... alayna and Marissa in the front desk helped me with my anxiety because I was about to leave ..and they where so kind... and the dental assistant last but definitely not the least literally makes you feel at home instead of a dentist office
