CVS

I describe the CVS on 19th Avenue and Indian School Road as being unprofessional as well as in undependable as I rolled up to pick up my prescription they were closing the pharmacy early for lunch I am disabled making matters extremely difficult. This CVS needs to be more people friendly where customers come first especially when being charged todays high prices

Tienda muy limpia y son muy amables y siempre alludan. Store is very clean. They are very courteous. They help you you need help. Theyre polite and I love shopping there.

I stop at this CVS to load money to my NetSpend, and the cashier asks me for my phone number. She tells me all stores have to get it, after I told her others do not ask. While putting my number in I say "it's really none of your business. She asks me "what" like she's my mother u repeat to her "I came in here to make a deposit and what my phone number is is none of your business". Because it is not any of CVS's business . She then tells me she is not going to serve me because I am threatening her. In no way did I threaten the little girl. I already have to give you my ID to deposit money why does CVS feel they need to track my deposits. And in no way shape it firm did I threaten her maybe she just shouldn't work with the public in customer service. I am obviously very unhappy with your store right now. And maybe your employees need some training in customer service. Bob

I ran over to CVS to get a Coca-Cola because there was a lot of traffic and even though Circle K is closer the street leading to it was all backed up so I took some side streets went to CVS, bought my coke and had a lot of fun in line because the cashier and the guy in back to me, were all in conversation and it was pleasant and friendly and funny and fun. The only negative was the price; it was a bit high. But thats OK because my New Years resolution is to quit anything with caffeine in it. I just wanted to use it for a tiny boost for the rest of the workday.
