        D'Andre was excellent. My phone battery bit the dust. He called customer service for me and guided me through the insurance claim process. It took a good 45 minutes to do. He also wrote the number and website I needed to contact for updates. Thanks again!

        I have been having a problem connecting to FaceTime. I live in Sedona and went to two Verizon stores in the area and they could not figure out what the problem was. I came down to Phoenix to get my nails done as I do every other week and went to the Verizon store in that shopping center. Within two minutes they solved my problem and all it was, was an update that needed to be installed. Matt and Jose, were so accommodating, knowledgeable, and very easy to get along with. Im in the hospitality industry and I appreciated their professionalism. I now have any new Verizon store that I can go to when needed.
