I have been having trouble with my phone for weeks. I went into the Happy Valley store for help. Jennifer spent a lot of time trying to fix the problem. She was great. She couldnâ€™t have been better. In the end all I can say is that I wish I had never left Verizon. I feel like Sprint cheated me.
