Very kind folks at this location. It's always a clean and safe feeling there. ATMs inside are quite helpful when the drive-thru lines are long. The banking line moves fairly quickly, which is very helpful.

Do not waste your time to go this location, people rude as hell. Special branch operation manager, Nicabril Gonzalez, he thinks he is the owner of the bank. I wanted to cash an IRS cash he said they can not do it, go the other location instead of helping. I have already closed my credit card soon, soon will close my checking account too. Zero customer service. Been with Wells Fargo for almost 9 years.I would definitely not recommend wells forgo. For every small thing, they make an appointment, covit is over why appointment, while their staff setting and doing nothing.

The most busy location in town only has two employees working at the counter every Friday then they close the lines for the drive-thru and the Business center for business owners like myself Scottsdale in the rich part of town the service is much better I guess because the people look different that come here to the location on 19th and Bethany. I would think they can afford to hire more people seeing how they have all of our money. In this bank. Its not convenient at all. Is disrespectful to the people who banking here. I don't care if you get in 50 dollars a week or if you making a million dollars y'all need to respect our money and our time more. HIRE MORE PEOPLE
